Broken and damaged curbing can be unsightly, but also a dangerous tripping hazard. Many customers are pleased that we can be a one-stop-shop for curbing along with our other services such as striping, patching or sealing. Most contractors do not offer all these services in-house.
Extruded curb is the most common type of curb which uses a dry concrete mixture allowing for immediate finishing. It is placed with a mechanized extruded curbing machine. When removing the old, damaged curb, we will sawcut the endpoints (typically at the expansion joint) to provide a sharp-looking and structurally-sound edge.
